WALTER LEICHER takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development, disciplined focus, and detailed execution. In his role of Managing Partner of BrainWare Consulting, a privately‐held, global M&A firm, Walter oversees the merging, turnaround and operational strategy of several companies on behalf of Private Equity and Venture Capital firms. 

Prior to that, Walter led his own software company through a successful IPO, , brought several start-ups to maturity and eventual divestiture, and expanded several companies onto global markets.

Walter holds an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch, and Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Theology and continues to extend his learning through Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
